I love Jason Issacs even more for this.
Here it is. Here is that new thing I’ve been teasing for the last couple of weeks.
One of my short stories from To Slow Down the Time is being adapted into a short film. I couldn’t be more excited, and I couldn’t have asked for a cooler person to collaborate with on the project. Chris New, an actor some of you may know from last year’s award-winning film Weekend, has written an adapted screenplay and plans to direct “Ticking” this July in London. He’s also pulling together a crazy-talented team of UK film industry folks to help ensure we do it right.
Today, we’ve launched a campaign to raise a bit of money to properly fund our movie. For all the details on that, PLEASE visit our Kickstarter page. We’ve made a silly pledge video and written out our hopes and dreams for a successful project. We’d love your help. No amount is too small, and every dollar will count and go toward making a high-quality film. Plus, we’re offering loads of stuff in return to those that are able to participate.
Reblogs and tweets are very much appreciated and I will certainly keep you all posted. As always, THANKS SO MUCH for supporting my creativity. I’m grateful every day to be allowed these opportunities, and I know that this is due, in large part, to all of your continued support. XOXO
So in the season 2 finale Ned Stark will come back to life as THE NORSE GOD OF THUNDER AND SMITE ALL OF WINTERFELL’S ENEMIES ON THE WAY TO THE IRON THRONE
